The hotel is in a good location for access to Detroit and many freeways as well as the Henry Ford Museum. The only negative the breakfast process was not explained at the time of check in, therefore we did not get breakfast, this was refunded, which was appreciated. The pool area is nice but the water a bit chilly. Overall, would definitely consider again if in the area, really liked the first-floor courtyard room.

They allowed us to check in 15 minutes early. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in showing us how to get to our room. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, the room had a balcony which I thought was very cool. I would stay here again, if I were in the area.

The staff was extremely helpful, conversational, and pleasant. The room was clean and perfect for our convenience. I wished breakfast was included because Bistro is way too expensive for me!!!

The staff make this hotel! Super accommodating and helpful. Other reviews talk about it being dated - but P-lease. It’s plenty updated and SPOTLESS. The bistro served (honestly) the best “included” breakfast we’ve ever had. We also decided to stay in one night and got a salad from the bistro which was excellent.

We traveled to Dearborn to take in a Detroit Tigers game. Downtown hotels are expensive, and I had stayed in Dearborn previously. It's a short drive to downtown and Comerica Park. This hotel has free onsite parking, which is also a plus. The staff was very helpful in giving us directions on how best to get to the park and about nearby stores that had items we had wanted to purchase. The location is near the Ford factory and administrative buildings, so it's a bit remote in that sense, but it was fine for our purposes. The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The property has a small indoor pool and a fitness center.

Lots of parking and easy to get to and from airport and Henry Ford Museum. Onsite food and bar good to have and was very quiet but we did use one night as we arrived late. Room enormous. Beds comfortable.

The facilities were clean and attractive. The pricing was fair, especially for the last minute. We felt safe and we were close to downtown Detroit.

The staff was amazing, check-in went very smooth and the receptionist gave great recommendations on places to eat and visit nearby. The hotel is also close to important shopping centers where you can get things nearby. We chose this location to go to a concert downtown.

front desk people were very nice. loved that we could open our sliding door and have fresh air and balcony. Breakfast at the bistro was very good, although not free- but worth it to enjoy something better than the free breakfasts at other chains.
